Baking with pumpkin is one of my favorite flavors. I grew up in America, every Halloween and Thanksgiving and even Christmas, I have made some kind of recipe with pumpkin in it. The flavor is unique and one all on it’s own. You must try it before you dismiss it. After living in the UK for 13 years, you can now get it easily from Amazon and other shops.
Here is my recipe for Pumpkin Brownies UK
This one is a quit, easy and fun family recipe to make with the kids. We kind of made it a cheat recipe to save time for those busy parents. These pumpkin brownies can be made with box brownie mix or if you want to really get your baking skills out you can make homemade chocolate brownies yourself and add the pumpkin mix to it. Either way it comes out tasty delicious.
You can marble and layer the pumpkin brownies mix how ever you see fit. We like the marble effect using a chopstick. You could layer it one on top of the other too. It’s totally up to you how you make your brownies.
