Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

You can easily make cornbread from scratch with basic ingredients from your fridge and pantry!

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Coat a square 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray.
