It’s that time of year – End of Year Slide Shows are coming and we have the ultimate list of End of Year Video songs to include in your presentations.

This article works well with these Simply Kinder resources:

An end of the year slide show is a great way to create a visual and digital record of their year with you. They are a little bit of work, but they don’t have to be perfect and your families will appreciate them. You can share them via email or burn them to CD’s and tie a little bow on them and they make a great little end of year gift too.

I like to use upbeat songs that my students will know and sing along to since we watch it so many times. I also like to use old school songs with a great message so kids can learn to sing them. But this topic comes up a lot in the Simply Kinder Teacher Group and there are so many so we broke them down into sections.

We have made them for YEARS using iMovie or Movie Maker and they are not that difficult to make. We literally just insert all of our pictures from the year, throw in some songs, and add our favorite music. Our videos usually end up being about 35-45 minutes because we throw everything in. We will watch it a few times that last week of school and then invite our families for a watch party (so it’s special for the kids since they have already seen it).
