Dinosaur Shadow Matching – Free Preschool Activity

[ad_1]

Are you ready for our second preschool dinosaur activity? I hope so, because these {FREE} dinosaur shadow matching cards are ready for you!

Preschool Dinosaur Activity

This printable activity includes 6 dinosaurs and 6 black dinosaur “shadows” that match them. Well, technically, it includes 5 dinosaurs and 1 pterodactyl, so I should really be calling it a prehistoric animals matching activity! But, since most of them are dinosaurs, we’ll still go with dinosaurs in the name. 🙂

You can play loads of matching games with them!

Here are a few ideas:

1- Place them face up on the floor or table and match them together!

2- Place them upside down and match them together.

3- Glue the shadows down to a file folder to make a file folder matching game.

4- Glue the dinosaurs onto cardstock. Keep one card blank to make a game like Old Maid.

First, I want to share my new book with you! This is my first picture book! There are silly characters and rock cycle science–it is both fun to read out loud and fun to look at the pictures! I would love to invite YOU to JOIN ME in its first hardcover print run! You can learn more (and see some of the inside pages!) HERE! Let me know if you have any questions–I am SUPER excited about this!! <3

Aaand…

Happy Educating,

Carla
